управление отношениями с поставщиками
Т.е., управление информацией о поставщиках, их производительности и каналах доставки. SRM- система призвана оптимизировать отношения предприятия с поставщиками и по возможности снижать совокупные затраты, связанные с процессом закупок. Система включает в себя возможности анализа, оценки и ранжирования поставщиков, определения областей консолидации затрат, связанных с закупками, получения прогнозов эффективности стратегий закупок посредством традиционных и электронных каналов взаимодействия с поставщиками и выявления оптимальных поставщиков, наиболее соответствующих задачам предприятия.
